Shipping and Return Policies

 

Shipments are only to USA destinations.

When you place an order in our online store, we will send your order to the address designated by you when we receive the total payment for the order. We may also require verification of the information before processing your shipment and / or any order. After processing your order, it may take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. We use USPS and FEDEX. If for some reason due to problems of bad weather (storms, etc.) the order is delayed in being received by you, it is something that is out of our control due to the inclement weather.

Return merchandise:

Our number one priority is our client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item up to 7 days after you have received your merchandise. Returns are accepted ONLY with our authorization.  For you to receive such authorization, we would appreciate contacting us at 213-973-4892  within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

 

Rejected, unclaimed orders that cannot be delivered or merchandise returned due to an error by the customer are subject to a 15% charge in addition to all costs of transportation of replacement goods.  Seven days after the receipt of merchandise we will not accept returned merchandise nor issue a refund.

 

Please note that packages with a FINAL sales item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and credit:

Returns must be authorized by us within 7 days after receiving the merchandise without having been used, washed or defective. We will give you a credit of 1 year to be used towards any of our products.  We do not return money. Transportation and freight charges will be borne by the customer.
